Jira Integration

Create Jira issues directly from Glitch reports with the report attached.

Setup

1. Open Settings → Integrations → Jira.
2. Enter your Jira domain (e.g. yourcompany.atlassian.net).
3. Enter your email address (the one you use to log into Jira).
4. Enter your API token — generate one at id.atlassian.com/manage-profile/security/api-tokens.
5. Click Save.

Creating an issue

1. Click Share in the report toolbar.
2. Select Jira.
3. Choose a project, issue type, assignee, priority, and optionally an epic.
4. Enter a summary and description.
5. Click Create Issue — the report HTML is attached automatically.

Notes

• Jira credentials are stored locally in Chrome’s extension storage — never sent to any server other than your own Jira instance.
• Issue types shown are scoped to the selected project.
